5. RESPONSIBILITY

5.1. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment without good reason of the Charter and Internal Labor Regulations of the school, legal orders of the school director and other local regulations, official duties established by this Instruction, including for failure to use the rights granted by this Instruction, which led to the disorganization of engineering technical support for the activities of the School and (or) educational process, technical equipment engineer (training) bears disciplinary liability in the manner prescribed by labor legislation. For gross violation of labor duties, dismissal may be applied as a disciplinary punishment.

5.2. For violation of fire safety rules, labor protection, sanitary and hygienic rules for organizing engineering and technical activities, a technical equipment (training) engineer is brought to administrative responsibility in the manner and in cases provided for by administrative legislation.

5.3. For culpable infliction of damage (including moral) to the school or participants in the educational process in connection with the performance (non-performance) of their official duties, as well as failure to use the rights granted by this Instruction, the technical equipment (training) engineer bears financial liability in the manner and in within the limits established by labor and (or) civil legislation.

6. RELATIONSHIPS. RELATIONS BY POSITION

Equipment engineer (training):

6.1. works according to a schedule based on a 40-hour working week and approved by the school director;

6.2. plans its work for each financial year and each reporting period under the leadership of the chief engineer. The work plan is approved by the school director no later than five days from the beginning of the planned period;

6.3. submits to the chief engineer a written report on its activities of no more than five typewritten pages within 10 days after the end of each reporting period;

6.4. receives from the school director and chief engineer information of a regulatory, legal and engineering nature, gets acquainted with the relevant documents against signature;

6.5. systematically exchanges information on issues within its competence with engineers, junior service personnel schools, deputy directors and teachers;

6.6. performs the duties of engineering and technical personnel during their temporary absence (vacation, illness, etc.). The performance of duties is carried out in accordance with labor legislation and the Charter of the school on the basis of the order of the director;

6.7. information received at meetings and seminars at various levels is transferred to the director and chief engineer immediately after its receipt.

1. The title of the position “Technical Engineer” corresponds to the title of the position in “ All-Russian classifier professions of workers, positions of employees and tariff categories (OKPDTR)". It is this position that should be included in work book employee. 2. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS BY PAY LEVELS.

6th category (technical equipment engineer (training)) - higher vocational education no requirements for work experience;

7 - 8 categories (technical equipment (training) engineer of category II) - higher professional education and work experience as a technical means (training) engineer of at least 3 years;

8 - 9 categories (technical equipment (training) engineer of the 1st category) - higher professional education and work experience as a technical equipment (training) engineer of the 2nd category for at least 3 years;

1st category (leading engineer for technical means (training)) - higher professional education and work experience as an engineer for technical means (training) of category I for at least 3 years.
