Standardization- this is the activity of establishing rules and characteristics for the purpose of their voluntary reusable aimed at achieving order in the areas of production and circulation of products and increasing the competitiveness of products, works or services.

Standard- This normative document on standardization, developed, as a rule, on the basis of consensus, characterized by the absence of objections on significant issues from the majority interested parties, accepted (approved) by a recognized body (enterprise).

Purpose of the ESPD

Unified system of program documentation- a set of state standards that establish interconnected rules for the development, execution and circulation of programs and program documentation.

  • unification of software products for the mutual exchange of programs and the use of previously developed programs in new developments;
  • reducing labor intensity and increasing the efficiency of development, maintenance, production and operation of software products;
  • automation of production and storage of program documentation.

Scope and composition of the ESPD

The rules and regulations established in the ESPD standards apply to programs and software documentation for computers, complexes and systems, regardless of their purpose and scope.

  • fundamental and organizational and methodological standards;
  • standards defining the forms and content of program documents used in data processing;
  • standards that ensure automation of the development of program documents.

The designations of ESPD standards are based on classification criteria.

The designation of the ESPD standard should include:

  • numbers 19 assigned to the class of ESPD standards;
  • one digit (after the dot) indicating the code of the classification group of standards specified in clause 3.1;
  • a two-digit number that determines the serial number of the standard in the group;
  • a two-digit number (after a dash) indicating the year of registration of the standard.

Knot writing is a unique phenomenon in human culture. Being one of the most striking types of prewriting, it was quite voluminous and complex. Only a select few could compose knotted messages, much less read them - this is how ancient knowledge was protected from strangers or ill-wishers. In its rudimentary form, knotted writing was present among many peoples of the world. But it reached its perfection during the Inca civilization. In addition, knotted writing was used on a fairly wide scale in China during the Shang era, as well as by the ancient Slavs. By the way, the memory of this is also present in modern language - quite often in a conversation you can hear something like “connected a thought”, “plot plot” or “knot of problems”. The emergence of knotted writing is associated with the invention of thread, which dates back to approximately the 5th millennium BC. At first, the writings, created using knots tied in various ways, were more of a ritual and, in some cases, counting nature. Thus, before the campaign, Slavic warriors “imposed” weapons, as a result of which enemy swords and arrows did not take them. Archaeologists also know such items as amulets - nauzs - which were worn under the bride’s dress or worn around the neck “for good luck”. But by and large, knotted writing was still intended to convey certain information. With the help of such a message, a person could tell about almost everything, from the number of soldiers in the prince’s squad to descriptions of a particular area or period.

Document flow is the movement of documents from the moment they are received or created until completion of execution, sending to the addressee or depositing the goal - ensuring the movement of complexes of documents in the process of document management support (DOU) the task of improving document flow - organizing such a movement that would best ensure the achievement of the goals of the system preschool educational institution

qualitative and quantitative indicators for assessing and analyzing document flow Qualitative indicators: the system used information support(automated, traditional or mixed); organization of document flow in space (routes for the movement of documents, stages and instructions for their passage, stages of document flow); features of replenishing the system with information (composition and content of documents included in the document flow, direction of movement of documents, frequency of document flow). Quantitative indicators: volume of document flow, which is equal to the number of incoming, outgoing and internal documents of the organization for a specific period of time (year, quarter, month, day); the share of each group of documents or document flows in the overall document flow; document flow density - the volume of documents passing through a department per unit of time; the physical volume of a specific document - the size of its text; duration of document flow - speed of passage individual documents in the document flow process. Internal documents documents that are created by an organization and remain within it. At the preparation stage, they go through the path of outgoing documents, and at the execution stage, through incoming documents. administrative documents and protocols are always registered separately by type: to serial numbers of orders by personnel the letters “k” or “l” are added through a hyphen; serial numbers of orders for administrative and economic activities must contain the appropriate designations - “hell” or “ahd”, etc.

TYPES OF ADMINISTRATION DOCUMENTS

DECISION - a legal act adopted by the highest and central authorities federal executive power, acting on the basis of collegiality in order to resolve the most important and fundamental tasks facing these bodies and establish stable norms and rules

DECISION is a legal act adopted by collegial and advisory bodies of institutions, organizations, enterprises in order to resolve the most important issues their activities.

ORDER is a legal act issued by the head of an organization acting on the basis of unity of command in order to resolve the main and operational tasks standing before this body. IN in some cases may concern a wide range of organizations and officials, regardless of subordination. by main activity by personnel

ORDER - a legal act issued individually by the head of, mainly, a collegial government body in order to resolve operational issues. As a rule, it has a limited validity period and concerns a narrow circle of organizations, officials and citizens

DIRECTION - a legal act issued by a government body, mainly on issues of an informational and methodological nature, as well as on issues related to the organization of the execution of orders, instructions and other acts of this body And higher authorities management

ADMINISTRATION DOCUMENTS ARE DIVIDED

CONSIDERING THE SCOPE OF ITS ACTION

FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF THE PROCEDURE FOR SOLVING ISSUES

In conditions of sole decision-making - orders, instructions, instructions - includes the following stages: PROCEDURE OF ISSUANCE

THE TEXT CONSISTS OF TWO PARTS The stating part is an introduction to the essence of the issue under consideration (the reason for the order) - it may be absent. The administrative part is presented in imperative form. Depending on the type of document, it begins with the words “RESOLVES” (“DECIDED”) - in the resolution: “DECIDES” (“DECIDED”) in the decision: “I PROPOSE” - at disposal; “I ORDER” - in the order. The words “DECIDED, DECIDED, I PROPOSE, I ORDER, etc. typed in uppercase or lowercase letters. These words are located on a separate line directly from the fields. In resolutions and decisions, the name of the collegial body is indicated before the words “resolves” and “decides”.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TEXT In administrative documents (order, instruction) of organizations operating on the principles of unity of command, the text must be presented in the first person singular. In administrative documents of collegial bodies, the text is presented in the third person singular (“decides, decided”). Then the text of the administrative part follows on a new line from the paragraph. If the administrative part involves actions of different nature and several performers, it is divided into paragraphs, which are numbered in Arabic numerals. Each paragraph indicates the performer, the prescribed action and the deadline for execution. The performer is indicated in the dative case.

The text of the administrative document must have a title that briefly states the contents of the document. The title begins with the preposition “O” (“About”) and is formulated using verbal nouns (“About the appointment...” TEXT REQUIREMENTS The administrative document is drawn up on general form, A4 format The administrative documents come into force from the moment they are signed or brought to the attention of the executor. In some cases, I indicate the effective date and validity period of the act in the document itself.
