On March 26, the head of state instructed the Emergencies Ministry to organize inspections of facilities with a massive presence of people by the end of the month. First of all are checked entertainment centers, hypermarkets, cinemas and other facilities.
The results of the first stage of inspections are available to all citizens. On a special map, created as part of the development of the mobile application "Ministry of Emergencies: Help is Nearby", 334 inspected objects are marked, on which violations were revealed. Each object is marked with a special marker, as close as possible to the real location on the map. By clicking on the marker in the menu on the right, you can see a list of specific violations at the facility. It should be noted that most of the identified violations are of a regime nature. There is no need to spend financial resources on their elimination, that is why the heads of the centers and shops brought their premises into a safe state immediately in the presence of an inspector. Administrative proceedings have been initiated for the violations identified: more than 300 managers have already been brought to justice.
Situations requiring the immediate closure of facilities have not been identified, however, a number of gross violations (changes in design solutions, closure of escape routes, etc.) will inevitably lead to bringing the perpetrators to justice.

I ORDER:
1. Introduce into the Russian system and the numbering plan approved by the order of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Russian Federation dated November 17, 2006 No. 142 "On the approval and implementation of the Russian numbering system and plan" (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on December 8, 2006 No. , registration No. 8572) as amended by orders of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation dated December 29, 2008 No. 118 "On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Russian Federation No. 142 dated November 17, 2006" (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation February 2, 2009, registration No. 13237), dated 15.07.2011 No. 187 "On amendments to the order of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Russian Federation dated 17.11.2006 No. 142" (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on 17 August 2011, registration No. 21646) and dated 15.06.2012 No. 158 "On amendments to the Russian system and numbering plan approved by order of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Russian Federation of November 17, 2006 No. 142 "(registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on July 6, 2012, registration No. 24829), the following changes:
a) paragraph 32 shall be supplemented with the words ", as well as the numbers of the relevant emergency operational services:" 101 "," 102 "," 103 "," 104 ".";
b) Clause 32 1 shall be amended as follows:
"32. 1 For access by subscribers and users of mobile and fixed telephone services:
the telephone line "Child in Danger" uses the same numbers "121", "123";
to a unified support service for citizens for advice when receiving state and municipal services in in electronic format a single number "115" is used. ";
c) clause 46 shall be supplemented with the following paragraph:
"The format of the number for access to the corresponding emergency operational services:" 101 "," 102 "," 103 "," 104 ".";
d) in clause 1 of table No. 3 to the Russian numbering plan, in the column “Value of the DEF code”, replace the numbers “970-979” with the numbers “972-979”;
e) in clause 12 of Table No. 4 to the Russian numbering plan, the column "Name of the telecommunication service" shall be stated as follows: "Access to telematic communication services";
f) in clause 13 of Table No. 4 to the Russian numbering plan, the column "Name of the telecommunication service" shall be stated as follows: "Access to communication services for data transmission";
g) in table No. 7 to the Russian numbering plan, paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be stated in the following edition:

In June of this year, the Inspection for Supervision and Prevention of the Pruzhany District Emergency Situations Department in terms of compliance with the requirements of the legislation on fire safety completed inspections of six enterprises and organizations of the region.
A number of violations of the norms and rules of fire safety were revealed at JSC "Rovbitskoye":
- the fire tank at MTK is only half full,
- the chimney in the entrance hall is not whitewashed or plastered,
- to carry out hot work, persons who have not been trained in the PTM program are allowed,
- recharging of powder fire extinguishers, etc.
For these violations to administrative responsibility attracted director Pstyga Nikolay Ivanovich.
Carrying out an unscheduled control check of Pruzhansky Rayagroservice OJSC, the supervision and prevention inspection found that the director Sergey Aleksandrovich Bram was not in in full violations revealed during the scheduled inspection were eliminated: there are no category indicators for explosion and fire hazard, absent primary funds fire extinguishing in the office building, etc.
For failure to comply with the order of the state fire supervision, Brui Sergey Aleksandrovich was brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 23.1 and the case materials were transferred to the Pruzhany District Court.
When conducting an unscheduled control check of individual entrepreneur Tarasevich N.A. it was found that the violations revealed during the scheduled inspection were not eliminated, namely: the design and operational documentation on the sawmill building. For failure to comply with the order of the state fire supervision, Nikolai Anatolyevich Tarasevich was brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 23.1 and the case materials were transferred to the Pruzhany District Court.
Not without positive aspects.
At scheduled inspection RUE “Brest Regional Agricultural Station of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus” did not reveal any fire safety violations, director A. Protas Responsibly approached the issues of fire safety.
Inspection of the branch "Road Maintenance Department No. 25" of the Republican unitary enterprise highways Brestavtodor "showed that the management of this enterprise is responsible for fire safety issues, but the director V.I. it was recommended that the doors of the stairwells leading to the corridors of the administrative building be smoke-tight.
Checking the State Educational Institution “Nursery-kindergarten No. 5 of Pruzhany”, it was found that the head Mysyulya Svetlana Aleksandrovna fully complied with the requirements of Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Fire Safety”. Upon completion of the inspection, she was advised to equip the building kindergarten system fire alarm, as well as the chimneys of heating furnaces for each individual and vertical.
In the State Agricultural Institution “Pruzhany Forestry”, no violations of fire safety rules were found. Recommended for overhaul install smoke-tight doors in the openings that separate the staircase from the corridor and the vestibule, the staircase and the second floor corridor.
