All about tuning cars

Buying point buyers. Army. Personal experience. Distribution point. What happens at the collection point

This article will be useful primarily to those who have decided. Or for those who have no choice left. In any case, you are a conscript and are ready to start serving for the good of the Fatherland. And why conscript service begins?

So, you are a young man over 18 years old. You work, you gaze at the TV, you date a girl, you go out with your friends. Life is Beautiful!

But then, one fine day, you receive (or bring) a leaflet with a date and a request to appear in the department of the military commissariat. With a little thought, you decide to go. Look at people, show yourself.

What will happen?

The first agenda is just to "look". You will pass the medical commission, write a couple of tests, pass the draft board.

And what if the summons did not come?

It's simple: get ready and go to the military enlistment office, which is responsible for your area. There, say that you did not receive a summons. They write you a new one, with a high probability that on the same day, and you calmly pass the commission.

Or you can try to wait, they suddenly bring it.

What to do before going to the military registration and enlistment office?

- Prepare all documents. Make copies of diplomas of higher / secondary special, secondary vocational education, driving license... If there is sports achivments, then be sure to prepare certificates, awards, categories. The most popular sports are parachuting, shooting, and martial arts.

These categories, as a rule, go to specials. subdivisions: (masters of sports in parachuting can be appointed as instructors), shooters, snipers, martial arts special forces of various types of troops. For the rest there is a chance to get into sports, a company. So bear with it, athletes are always needed.

- Write a resume. Don't write autobiographies, everything is short and clear. Everything should fit on A4 paper.

- Treat your teeth. This is the most common requirement. medical commission... Failure to do so will not affect your submission in any way, but a sudden toothache can be uncomfortable.

- Before going to the military registration and enlistment office, undergo medical examination. Just to make sure you're ready for the service. All the same, the loads are significant there.

Is it possible for a conscript to choose a unit where I will serve?

No. But always choose. It is even encouraged.

I strongly discourage the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The fact is that the “dysfunctional” and convicts are often sent to the internal troops, since there are often only clubs from weapons. The exception is special forces. Also, many types of troops may require a form of admission. Serious thing, you can become "restricted to travel abroad." Examples of such families are FSO, GRU.

Medical commission at the military registration and enlistment office

Many different doctors. They will examine you, ask questions such as "Are there any complaints?", "Does anything hurt?"

If something really hurts, be sure to talk about it. You will be examined and given, if necessary, a referral for examination.

If issued, then today your stay within the walls of the military registration and enlistment office is over.

The draft board at the assembly point

Answer shortly. Do not try to grab at once the military jargon, such as "Yes," "Yes, I understand," "Not at all," and the so-called. Enough "Yes", "no", "I do not know."

If everyone has done so, then you have already made a positive impression.

After the end of the conversation, we receive a summons for the "control attendance"

Control turnout

The control attendance is usually appointed the day before dispatch. Get ready for this. It happens that you come to the meeting and you are given a new summons for the next day, if a suitable part was not found for you. I came like that three times.

Day of sending conscripts to the army

- At the appointed time, you come to the department of the military commissariat in your area (unless otherwise agreed). As a rule, this is by 6 o'clock in the morning.

- After a short goodbye to the people seeing off, you are loaded onto the transport and taken to the Collection Point.

- Once you are there, you are unloaded and taken to common room... There you are awaiting the arrival of the senior team. If you sit for a long time, then you will be fed. - Taste soldier's food for the first time. And pray that it isn't a slash.

- Fighters with personal files come into the hall and give names. Listen to yours. As soon as you were called, take things and follow the fighter into the office.

- The senior of your team is sitting in the office. After reviewing personal files and communicating with everyone sitting, he can leave. Sit back and wait for the fighter.

“Next stop is fingerprinting. After "rolling your fingers" you will be returned back to the office. There you will already be sitting before sending. You are already waiting for a senior team with a fighter.

- Then there is a "clothes", where you will be given your everyday clothes for the next year: "beluga" (underpants and an undershirt), "brilliant green" (trousers and a tunic), 5th uniform (pea jacket, quilted jackets, gloves), trouser belt, weather hat + cockade, bag with soap, mug, spoon, towel.

- That's all. You are now a soldier. The clock has gone.

Do not come with a hangover or drunk. two days before the control. Your fumes may cost you a good spot, as the team leader will refuse to take the booze. And those sitting next to you will not particularly like the smell.

- When talking with a senior team leader, answer briefly.

- The answer to the questions “were brought to the police station” was “NO”. Don't play heroes. It happened that senior teams would refuse a conscript because of such honesty. If you have not been convicted and are not registered, then the visit to the police was not serious.

- Attitude towards alcohol / drugs - “strongly against and do not use”.

That's all! Have a good start to your conscript service!

Instructions on the procedure and timing for sending conscripts to assembly points are communicated to the military commissariats by the military commissariats of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation after they receive from the administration of the corresponding military district an extract from the plan for sending citizens called up for military service to the troops (forces). The recruits are sent to the assembly point in an organized manner, accompanied by representatives of military commissariats and organizations. First of all, citizens of older ages are presented to the assembly point, in respect of whom the draft board decided to call up for military service, and they, according to all indicators of purpose, meet the requirements of the collection point military command.

On the eve of sending conscripts to the assembly point, the military commissariat is obliged:

1) prepare the personal files of the conscripts and issue on the sent ones:

Military cards;
- registration cards, pasting photographs on them and filling in the relevant items.

When a citizen who was previously expelled from a military educational institution before reaching the age of 18 is called up for military service, in paragraph 19 of the military card and in paragraph 18 of the registration card, as well as in section VIII of the military card and in paragraph 27 of the registration certificate the cards are made, respectively, of the citizen's being sworn in to the Military Oath and the duration of the period of study in a military educational institution that is credited to him, which are certified by the signature of the military commissar and the seal of the military commissariat;

Cards of professional psychological selection based on the results of a socio-psychological study, psychological and psychophysiological examination, contained in the documents of the recruit's personal file. Professional psychological selection cards are signed by a professional selection specialist and a military commissar and certified by the seal of the military commissariat;

2) draw up in 4 copies a personalized list of conscripts sent as part of a team to the assembly point to be sent to the place of military service;

3) provide recruits, if necessary, with food and travel money or food rations (as a rule, recruits are provided with an appropriate food ration, the so-called "ration"). Reimbursement of expenses to persons appointed from among the representatives local administration and the military commissariat for escorting teams to the assembly point and back, is carried out in the manner determined for persons sent on a business trip.

On the day the conscripts are sent to the assembly point, the completeness of their attendance is checked, a survey is conducted on their health status and the presence of:

Passports of a citizen of the Russian Federation;

Identity cards of a citizen subject to conscription, which is withdrawn from him on the same day, and in exchange for personal signature a military ID is issued;

Relevant certificates of the presence of military registration specialties obtained in educational institutions public associations, primary vocational and secondary vocational education;

Driver's license - from vehicle drivers;

Serviceable clothing and footwear (seasonal).

If, for some reason, the sending of the conscript did not take place, the identity card of the citizen subject to military service, with the corresponding mark made in it, is returned to the owner, and the military ID is withdrawn from him, which is recorded in the recruit's account. If the conscript fails to appear to be sent to the troops (forces), the military commissar makes an entry in the name list for the command about the reason for his failure to appear, which is certified by his signature and the seal of the military commissariat. At the same time, measures are being taken to complete the staffing of the team sent to the assembly point.

To the eldest of the persons accompanying the conscript team, the military commissar hands over, under his personal signature:

3 copies of the name list of conscripts;

A machine medium (registered in the office of the military commissariat, issued against receipt and returned to the military commissariat upon the arrival of the senior team from the assembly point) with an electronic array of data on the recruits included in the list, to create a database of conscripts delivered from the military commissariats at the assembly point;

Personal files of conscripts (on the day the conscripts are sent from the assembly point to the place of military service, the personal files of conscripts with a second copy of the lists are returned to the military commissariats through a representative of the military commissariat);

Registration and service cards;

Professional psychological selection cards;

Medical examination cards of citizens subject to conscription.

The arrival of conscripts at the assembly point is envisaged taking into account the time required for the formation of military teams, study by representatives of military units, conduct of all measures provided for before dispatch and provision of the prescribed types of allowance, but no later than 2 days before they are sent to the place of military service.

The collection point provides for:

1) reception according to personal lists from representatives of military commissariats, conscripts to be sent to the place of military service. On persons included in the specified lists and not delivered to the collection point, in all copies of the lists, an entry is made in the prescribed manner, indicating the reason for failure to appear, which is certified by a seal;

2) the reception of an electronic data array for recruits included in the nominal lists. The vehicle carrier is returned to the senior command from the military commissariat;

10) entering in column 15 of the registration card of a citizen called up for military service, an entry on the date of departure to the place of military service and, in part 2 of paragraph 6 of the military card, an entry on the date of departure to the place of military service and from which military commissariat of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation which are signed by the military commissar of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation and certified by the seal of the military commissariat of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation;

11) drawing up a name list in 3 copies for each military command, as well as an act of readiness of a military command for dispatch in 2 copies;

12) transfer to the head of the military command according to the personal list of citizens called up for military service, sent from the assembly point. The shortcomings revealed during the inspection of the military command are eliminated before it is sent.

At the assembly point, conscripts are provided with food according to the standards established by the Government of the Russian Federation for conscripts, and in accordance with the established procedure. At the assembly point, it is allowed to have a reserve of conscripts (up to 3% of the number sent in military echelons or teams), which is used, if necessary, to replenish military echelons (teams) in case of illness of individual conscripts or the impossibility of sending them for other reasons. It is prohibited to return conscripts who are in reserve to military commissariats. The authorized reserve of conscripts at the assembly point is ordered to be distributed according to the last teams in such a way that by the time the norms of conscription of citizens for military service are fulfilled at the assembly point, they will not remain. It is legally stipulated that educational and cultural work is carried out with recruits at the assembly point.

At the same time, it is envisaged to conduct lectures and talks about the history of Russia, its armed forces and military traditions, about the military oath, about the main provisions of general military regulations, about the procedure for performing military service, about the rights and obligations of military personnel, about benefits for citizens doing military service by conscription. , and their family members, on the rules of conduct along the route. Meetings are organized with war and labor veterans, servicemen who are exemplary in performing their military duty, watching movies, TV programs, other cultural events, as well as explanatory work with parents and other relatives of citizens called up for military service. In reality, however, such educational and cultural work is carried out in a highly truncated form, limited mainly to conversations about general conditions services at the place of distribution and viewing of films in a cinema hall specially equipped for this at the collection point.

In a relatively solemn atmosphere (with the invitation of war veterans and other notable personalities), the "opening of the draft season" takes place. As for explanatory work with parents and other relatives, as a rule, it is carried out not at the assembly point, but directly at the station, 1-2 hours before the departure of the corresponding transport with conscripts to the place of service. Of course, parents are allowed to the assembly point, but this is a troublesome business, and the military leadership pays little attention to parents, since the leadership needs to solve other, more significant tasks, and parents should understand this. Personnel assigned to receive and escort citizens called up for military service to the place of military service must arrive at the assembly point in advance, taking into account the time required for admission, study of personnel, as well as providing the required types of allowance, including clothing, but no later than 2 days before the dispatch of military teams with a duly issued power of attorney for the right to receive these citizens.

The specified personnel, while at the assembly point, are subordinate to the head of the assembly point and are obliged, together with the command of the assembly point, to participate in the formation of military teams and their loading into vehicles, study citizens called up for military service, in conversation and on personal matters of conscripts, conduct drill training with them, accompany them for eating, undergoing sanitization and participate in other activities provided for by the routine of the assembly point. The chiefs of military teams and other persons who have arrived from the troops to receive and escort citizens called up for military service to the place of military service are strictly prohibited from presenting any requirements for the selection of recruits that are not provided for by legislative and other regulatory legal acts RF And legal acts of the Ministry of Defense. The organization of the transportation of citizens called up for military service is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

After successfully passing the draft board, you will be told the day when you need to come to the military registration and enlistment office to be sent to the assembly point.

You will go to the assembly point in an organized manner, together with representatives of the military registration and enlistment office. You cannot go to the collection point on your own.

2. What to take with you?

You need to bring the following documents with you:

  • passport of a citizen of Russia;
  • a certificate of a citizen subject to conscription (it is withdrawn, and in exchange for a personal signature a military card is issued);
  • a certificate of the presence of a military accounting specialty (if any);
  • driver's license (if any).

You will also be checked for serviceable and appropriate clothing and footwear.

What else you can take with you, check with your military registration and enlistment office.

3. What happens at the collection point?

They usually spend a day or two at the collection point. There is a distribution of conscripts by combat arms and military units. Officers from military units select recruits on the basis of an interview and personal file data.

During this time, you need to go through a medical examination again.

You will be given uniforms and travel bags with shampoo, shaving accessories, toothbrush and toothpaste, soap and other necessary accessories.

If you have not cut your hair short in advance, you will get your hair cut at the collection point.

At the collection point, all conscripts must be fed. There should also be organized the sale of essential goods.

At the assembly point, educational and cultural work is carried out with the conscripts: they are told about the history of Russia, military service, and the oath.

After you will be sent to the military unit in an organized manner.

4. What payments and benefits are given to a soldier?

All military personnel receive a salary. If you received military specialties or command personnel, then you can count on an increase.

Upon transfer to the reserve, you will be given military transport documents in your hands, which can be exchanged at the station for a free ticket home.

Even before the end of military service, a soldier can conclude a contract and enroll in a conscript.

Young men who have served in the army can:

  • enter public universities and colleges out of competition if they have successfully passed the entrance exams;

Every conscript will face this. The assembly or recruiting center is the place from where all future soldiers disperse to their new units to begin serving. And what will they get from the state? What will they travel in and what will they take with them?

Please note, the article is from 2015, so the photo shows the old-style uniform and accessories. I got it out new article It contains everything that is given to the conscript at the assembly point in 2017. I advise you to read it first, and then, for the sake of interest, you can return here and compare how it was and how it became. Which shape do you like best, old or new? Write in the comments.

If you do not understand what a collection or recruiting station is, then I advise you to read this article. There I talk in detail about what kind of place it is, and what actions are performed there day after day.

And I'll get down to business right away.

I'll start with whining that from the moment you are assigned to the team to be sent to the unit and until the moment you go directly to this unit, a couple of three hours may pass. And even more.

It all depends on the "buyer" who will come for you. If he is inhibited, then the whole team will slow down, skip queues and so on ... Time will be spent on paperwork, passing the final medical examination, photographing and much more.

You get things at the very end. Just before the exit. Therefore, let's rather figure out what exactly you should get at your collection point. I have divided all things into 3 categories. Let's start with the basics.

The foundation

The basis of everything, of course, is the clothes in which you will serve all year round. Let's go from head to feet.

  • Headdress

There are two types of headwear. One is given to those who are summoned in the spring invocation. Another to those who are in the autumn.

For example, I was called up in the summer, when it was warm. So I was given the first option.

  • T-shirt

It is definitely given to those who are called in the spring. As for the autumn one, in theory, underwear should be issued there. It is warmer than the T-shirt and panties in the summer version.

But these are just my assumptions and guesses. If there are those among the readers who were recently called up in the autumn call, let me know!

  • Underpants

I will immediately answer the question that my relatives asked me in our first meeting after the call:

"Vlad, how often do you change your underwear?"

The answer is once a week. In any season. Change once a week.

If you want, of course, you can wash and dry it yourself. Nobody does this here.

  • Tunic

A tunic is something like an army shirt. She has several pockets. Two on the chest and two on the arms.

  • Pants

These are, of course, not army pants, but something similar to them.

There are even more pockets: 4 in the front and 2 in the back.

Interesting fact: Nothing can be carried in the two lower front pockets. They are for the shops of your vending machine.

  • 2 belts

Why two? Everything is simple here. In winter, a green waist belt is worn over a pea jacket. (About the latter - below) Without a trouser belt, you can lose your pants!

  • Socks

Statutory black socks. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that only one pair of socks is issued at the collection point.

They are black and very long. Knee-deep. I will not tell you the material. But I will say that they are warm enough, therefore, they are issued in one copy and for the whole year.

  • Ankle boots

The main attribute of a soldier, if I understand the widespread stereotype correctly. Well, maybe he still takes it.

Ankle boots can be of completely different models. There is no uniform style that is issued across the country. Someone like the one in the photo, someone a little different. The differences are small, but they are.

This is the whole basis that is given to the conscript at the collection point. Now let's talk about additional uniforms, after which we move on to the category of "lotions".

Addition

  • White shawl

I don't think it's worth talking about the purpose for which the scarf was invented.

But the fact that in the army it cannot be used, probably, I will nevertheless say. I look like trump cards ;-)

Why not? We, of course, asked this question as soon as we found out. The answer was in the army style.

“Just imagine the situation. You walk down the street and see a crying girl. You have to help her and out of a sense of duty you give her your dirty, soiled in shoe polish (or even worse ...) once white handkerchief. Will you be pleased to do it yourself? "

A situation like this, of course, can happen. Although the probability is small. In general, there is some truth in these words.

It was enough for me to stop using the authorized headscarf and switch to my own.

  • Foot towel

What didn't you expect ?! I certainly didn't expect it! When it was announced to us, we were just shocked.
The bottom line is pretty simple. The towels are hanging and never changed. After all, none of us ever uses them ...

  • Bag

Cool stuff! It looks so-so, but is actually very comfortable. The following two things are attached to the sides ...

  • Pea jacket

Roughly speaking, this is a winter army jacket. We have already managed to get them and put them on several times. It is very warm and pleasant in a pea jacket!

  • Winter pants

They say that these pants are so warm that they are not even used in the army. With the exception of the far North and especially frosty weather, of course.

For example, we haven't even got them yet.

So far, I also have no experience using it. We were given a green one. Looks completely useless.

I talked to the old-timers. They say that there is some benefit from it. I do not exclude the placebo effect. ;-)

Note: conscripts of the autumn call-up put on a pea jacket, muffler, and possibly winter trousers immediately, at the collection point. We just attached them to the duffel bag and took them with us.

  • Mug and spoon

Don't be intimidated by their appearance. Things are useful, but it may turn out that they are not useful to you. Find out why below.

  • Bank card VTB 24 (you can find out how to check the balance of a VTB 24 card on the website by the link)

Partly because of its design, you will have to sit in the dispenser for a long time.

The size monetary allowance depends on the unit to which you are sent to serve. The more "hot" point, the more money each month will be dripping onto the card.

I do not serve in a hot spot, so I get a standard salary for a conscript: 2,000 rubles a month. As far as I know, this is the minimum amount.

My friend served in North Ossetia. I received 13,000 rubles a month there.

The maximum amount with all allowances (appear during the service) which I heard about is 18,000 rubles a month.

As for the next category, as far as I know, not everyone gets things from here. That is why it is called "Luxury".

Luxury

  • SIM cards

This thing also surprised me. It turns out there is a cool social project entitled . It is focused specifically on the military personnel of our country.

The point is that you are given 2 SIM cards (and we were given 3 each!), One of which you take for yourself, and you give the other to your mom (or whoever you want).

The TOP-4 mobile operators of the country are involved in this project, and each of them supports certain regions of Russia.

For example, we were given 3 MTS SIM cards with the option of free conversation with each other every day for 20 minutes. And this is regardless of where you are geographically!

Even if you are in St. Petersburg and your mother is in Sakhalin. Cool, right ?!

To be honest, it was only thanks to the preparation for writing this article that I learned how to spell and pronounce this word - travel bag correctly.

According to the law, as I understand it, it must be issued throughout the country to absolutely all conscripts. In fact ... We live in Russia, guys. I heard conversations from comrades that in our call they were not given out everywhere.

In any case, a travel bag is a really luxurious thing! It has everything in general and even several times more that is needed for a comfortable life of a soldier.

And, in general, it seems to me that the representatives of the beautiful half of humanity have applied a large number of their delicate hands to its creation.

Judge for yourself. The set of the army travel bag includes the following items:

  1. Toothpaste.
  2. Toothbrush.
  3. Shaver.
  4. Replaceable blade cartridge.
  5. Shaving gel and aftershave gel.
  6. Men's shampoo shower gel.
  7. Hand cream.
  8. Washing gel.
  9. Male deodorant.
  10. Hand gel.
  11. Foot gel.
  12. Sewing kit with white, green and black needles and threads.
  13. Towel.
  14. A set of plasters.
  15. Collapsible silicone glass with lid.
  16. Nail clippers.
  17. Hygienic lip balm.
  18. Comb.
  19. Mirror.

It even seems to me that this is not all! For three months of service, I have not yet had the feeling that I have mastered all the contents of this miracle of human thought.

I still find something new in this small school pencil case.

In general, the thing is really worthwhile. And I won't put it in any other category.

  • Wrist watch

I know that only a few are given them. Often smeared. I saw them only on one person from the battalion. I didn't have time to take a picture.

Nice bonus, agree ?!

How much do army items cost?

I reread the article as a reader. I have a question like this. If you give all these things every call to every soldier, then how much money is needed in order to equip the entire army of Russia?

In fact, things are much cheaper than they look. They are incredibly useful, some of them are even of very high quality.

And our military registration and enlistment office, by the way, answered this question with the usual insertion into military cards. Here they are - prices "for the entire product range."

You can buy it at the Voentorg, if anyone liked it. And if you want free - go to the army, friends. ;-)

This was only the first article from a new section. Further more! After all, the 2015 autumn appeal is just around the corner. Starts on October 1st.

Read my blog and leave comments. See you later!

Happy to stay

The contractor Alexander, who himself has experience in selecting a new recruit, at the request of the editorial board, wrote about how the recruitment of young recruits to various military units takes place.

In connection with the beginning of the next draft, the editors of the site asked me to write something for the recruits, so I will share my experience in selecting the young recruits. I am already, so this time I'll just briefly retell the list of things:

1) cheap phone with charger
2) wash accessories
3) food for a day
4) money
5) cigarettes (if you smoke)

After the medical examination at the military registration and enlistment office, if you are recognized as fit, they will tell you when you need to come to the military registration and enlistment office and on that day you will be taken to the regional assembly point. There will be formed teams to be sent to military units. The assembly point is a secure facility, there are military personnel who will keep order and will not let friends and parents there. There you will undergo one more medical examination and will wait for assignment to the team. After the medical examination, you will be taken to the waiting room (this is a room with benches and a table), where the officers will come and conduct an interview. I recommend discipline and silence, but I understand perfectly well that this will not achieve anything.

During the interview, officers will ask about your family, what you did before you were drafted, about your desire to serve, your plans for the future, about expectations, about your convictions, about education, they may ask you tricky questions. I don’t think it’s worth lying or not saying anything about something, because, firstly, the officer will have a personal file, and secondly, any deception will come out. If you do not want to serve, then it is better to say about it right away.

After the interview, when you are assigned to the team, you will be put together, and it is better to stick together with your team. The next day you will be given a uniform - this will be your first day as a soldier. From the moment the form is issued, an officer or sergeant will be with your team, who will accompany you to the unit. They will answer questions, help with packing things into a duffel bag, and explain how to wear a uniform. From this moment on, it is better to listen carefully and memorize everything that those accompanying your team say. You can also ask them where you will be taken, call your parents and tell them about it.

After a while, you will be taken to the train station, where you can chat with relatives and friends. If you saw your parents and friends, then you do not need to immediately run to them, wait for the officer's instructions, then go up to him and tell him that they have come to you, and try not to go far. I would also advise you not to be photographed in military uniform, because in a year you will look at your photos, like a university graduate at a first grader, but then whatever you want.

Then you will be put on a train and you will go to the unit. On the train, it is worth observing discipline, not disturbing the peace of other passengers, listening to the instructions of the officers. And you don't have to spend all the money on the train, as they will come in handy in the unit.
