After which the fire can be reduced to a minimum. Total time stewing - about 45 minutes, while the “hedge” should be turned periodically.
  5. Prepare the cream sauce in a small saucepan. Melt 50 g of butter at its bottom, fry chopped garlic on it, after a minute add cream, and after another couple - milk. Do not bring the mixture to a boil, simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
  6. Beat the yolks thoroughly, pour in the sauces, and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes. The main thing is not to let it boil! Add salt to taste.
  7. Remove the finished meat balls from the heat, pour in the sauce and let it brew.

Hedgehogs in sour cream sauce

Required ingredients:

  • 0.5 kg minced meat:
  • 0.1 kg rice;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 onion;
  • 100 g butter;
  • greens, salt, pepper;
  • 50 ml tomato sauce;
  • 200 g sour cream;
  • 0.5 liters of low-fat broth;
  • 1 tbsp. premium flour.

Try to cook the minced meat yourself. If you buy store-bought, give preference to a chilled product rather than a deep-frozen one. We recommend that you purchase ready-made minced meat through a meat grinder one more time, otherwise you may end up with large pieces.

  • half a kilo of mixed minced meat;
  • one onion and one carrot each;
  • two eggs;
  • half a glass of rice grains (long);
  • seasonings;
  • two spoons of tomato juice.

For the gravy:

  • a spoonful of sunflower oil;
  • bulb;
  • two glasses of tomato juice;
  • spices, herbs.

Cooking method:

  1. Add diced onion, grated carrots, spices to the minced meat, beat in two eggs, pour in tomato juice and add rice grains, knead, form into balls and place in the mold.

  • 680 g mixed minced meat;
  • 86 g rice grains;
  • carrots, onions;
  • juicy large tomato;
  • spoon of tomato puree;
  • seasonings, a glass of water.

Cooking method:

  1. Mix the minced meat with cereal, chopped onions, carrots and seasonings, form into balls and place in a mold.
  2. Peel the skin from the tomato, grind the pulp on a grater, add tomato puree, seasonings, and pour in a glass of water.
  3. Pour the resulting sauce over the “hedgehogs” and bake in the oven for 50 minutes (temperature 180°C).

Chicken hedgehogs

  • one raw egg;
  • three cloves of garlic;
  • bulb;
  • two bowls of sour cream.

Cooking method:

  1. First of all, we boil the cereal, but do not overcook it, since the dish will still be baked.
  2. Pour the cooled buckwheat into the minced meat along with chopped onion, pressed garlic, egg and spices.
